The App, for iMac or phone?

Hi all, I was wondering if the Justins guitar app is available for download on a MacBook or just for phones. Also maybe iPad?

Any iphone app can be run on a mac so long as its using one of the newer mac cpu’s afik

Works fine on my old iPad.

Larger screen makes for a better experience than on a phone.

2019 MacBook Pro , downloaded app but it seems to get stuck at choose your plan.

I use it on a 2020 Macbook Air - the only snafus for me is that the tuner makes it crash. It also took me a few tries to figure out that I had to click and drag to scroll down in the app instead of just swiping the trackpad.

@Uninvitedguest Hi Gary, My understanding is that the app will run on a Mac with “Apple silicon” - that is, an M1 or M2 chip rather than an Intel processor. I think the earliest Macbooks with M1 chips were introduced in 2020. The app runs well enough on my new Macbook Pro.

Edited to add: You can see what chip your Mac has by going to the Apple menu > About This Mac.
