@Player27 Justin used to have some materials and resources as available to purchase as pdf downloads. Chord Construction was one of these. The content and teaching was updated and moved into the new Practical Music Theory Course. by taking a subscription to that course he includes all the previous pdf resources.

Why does this show B instead of B-flat?

Welcome here and I wish you a lot of fun 
You refer to the ‘learn more’ section below the video (I think)… In red (shaded for people with color blindness) are the notes of the F chord (F-1 …A-3…C-5 the major triad consists of the first, third and fifth notes of a major scale)… the other notes on the fretboard refer to the whole notes on the fretboard( those without flat or sharp written ones), they are there as an aim/guide point on the fret board…but are not in the F key,
