Heres yet another original song guys!!! Aly wrote the Lyrics and did the bass guitar and mixing. I wrote the rhythm and slide guitar and made the video myself!!!

This mix works pretty well, Allison, not a lot to consider for tweaking.
Maybe Iād raise the percussion in the left and right channels just a wee wee bit. Sometimes I find it can be as little as 1dB to find the sweet spot, a couple of dB and it may be too much. Iād also listen to that percussion and balance the levels across both channels. I think the right may have been a little soft by comparison.
Perhaps the bass up also just a smidge.
But really it sounds pretty good as you have it.

I did raise the bass & drums this time past where I would have normally put them-per your advice on the last one but I guess I need to be brave & go up a tiny bit more

I know we discussed getting a fresh pair of ears on the mix as you wrapped it up, Allison. Doing that has been invaluable for me in my own productions. Then if you push something a little too far, you get that feedback before youāve published. And once youāve been working on a production for a while it is easy to get a little stale.

Like it, great playing and pretty good lyrics. The mix was pretty solid and without being really nitpicking I donāt think you could have done better!

Another great song, well performed and good production. The lyric demands attention and thereās a terrific hook to the chorus that makes the song memorable. Echos of CSNY and, still, Bonnie āPrinceā Billy. Youāre in a really good groove. Encore!
