Played myself out yesterday evening, so decided to take some time out. Dropped on this interview with Derek Trucks, who I knew as the young slide guitarist who joined The Allman Brothers Band, when they were already old n grizzly ! Fascinating interview of a very humble man.
So that took me full circle to this, featuring Derek and the track I covered earlier in the year.
But then back even further to the great '65 Roland Kirk album I Talk To The Spirits and the track below. Had this on cassette as my brother had the original and thought I had it in my digital collection but alas no more. Been a while since I played some RK.
All in all a good evening !
