In module 4.1 Justin mentions an F flat as part of a diminished D triad. Where is the F flat on the note circle?

Where is this information mentioned in the lesson? A D major triad consists of the notes D, F# and A. A diminished triad contains a b3 and a b5, so a Ddim triad has the notes D, F and Ab.

As @Socio mentions, it is an enharmonic equivalent. If you are not certain in this aspect of the learning revisit the lessons in Module 3.
In the video or in writing?
If in the video perhaps you misheard. Perhaps it is as @Jozsef has pointed out, the 3rd and the 5th are both ‘flatted’ in a diminished triad. That does not necessarily mean the notes have a ‘flat symbol’ in front of them. Those 3rds and 5ths that are ordinarily sharp in the major triad become natural in the diminished triad. Like F# becomes F (not Fb).
The absurd thing about the German Note Circle is, that we DO in fact have a B over here, corresponding to the Bb in all non-german speaking countries, and thus making it even more complicated!
