Messing around with combining triads with there major or minor pentatonics, and plugging away with learning Snow by The Chilli Peppers.

Refreshing to hear some working of chord tones, triads and major/minor pentatonics. Good clean playing. The issue here is not the fingers but the brain. I too have problems remembering…
Don’t Know the RHCP song so will look it up. I’m stuck in the 70’s pretty much
OK so I’ve had a look at Snow and there’s no way, with my short fingers, that I can hold down the chords and play those trills. So I lift my fingers. Looking at live versions I think he does the same.
Anyway that’s what I did on my take of Under The Bridge.
Why don’t you play seated if that’s easier?
Yeah it would be very difficult to hold the triad and still get in the trills loudly and clean. You would have to almost have robotic independent fingers honestly. lol.
I am wanting to eventually play in a live situation so I am trying to get use to playing while standing. That’s the only reason. Thanks for watching. The 70’s had great music! Good place to be stuck. lol
Robert Fripp plays live sitting down as did most of Genesis. I saw them in 1973 in Hamburg with the great Peter Gabriel. (He did stand up!)
