I stumbeld upon this google chrome plugin and it’s a useful tool when learning song or trying to transpose. What I like most is the instant transpose function; cool stuff to find your optimal singing range and match the chords to go with it!

I’ve been a big fan of looper.tube as I have found the interface more intuitive, however this morning I was transcribing Zombie by the Cranberries and I could’t find the key at all - nothing sounded right. Turns out it was recorded slightly flat (A=433hz or thereabouts I guess). Transpose let me knock the pitch down just a hair which was very useful and solved my problem!
I’ve had similar issues with old VU recordings, I might revisit those now too.
