Unable to login to the iPad app

Hi I have just subscribed to the app and it works fine on the iPhone. However, I want to use the larger screen of the iPad and it wont let me log in.
I keep getting a message saying “Oops something went wrong”. I have tried several times whilst logged in and out on the phone.
I have sent a message, but wondered if anyone else is having the same problem?

Sorry to hear this Ralph. I’m using the app myself, but not on an iPad.
