Hey this is totally well deserved. Good on you stitch I love your posts. This place wouldnāt be the same without you. Keep up the great work, Iām sure to be asking a damn fool question about scales soon and yours is just the gruff no nonsense response Iām after. Iām glad youāve been recognised.

Hmmmā¦I think this award is a bit premature. I already gave him some vibes last week for trying to help me with āThe Blues Alphabetā and Iām still not able to do the Clapton solo he offered as inspiration :
We should have waited another decade

Stitch, this is a well deserved accolade. And has been said our unsung hero. Canāt think of how many times you helped me out when I first joined the forum and started learning again. I think your willingness to support us ānewbiesā and answer our sometimes dumb questions, was one of the things that got me through the BC and onwards.
If one thing stands out from all the tips and advice you have passed on, it was those darned yellow boxes and the relative position of intervals. Have not seen them appear in a while but those threads truly helped me see how the fretboard hangs together, scales, chord building the works. It took CAGED to a whole new visual level before Iād even got to CAGED!!
Thank you for your presence and friendship. Cheers Toby 8)

Great to see these being carried over.
I can only repeat what I said 20 months ago. But would add that along with Justin and perhaps more so, Stitch and Richard have been my constant mentors over the last 8 years, providing nothing but support, advice and encouragement, always willing to share their knowledge.
Hereās a little something for you Rick
Priceless !!

Toby Iām happy I could help you on your guitar journey.
I still think knowing intervals is the key to learning guitar.
Those yellow boxes say it all.
