First and foremost, is comfort and being relaxed. So if no impacts then maybe all is good. But in future perhaps it could. So I suggest have a look at hand position to get the arc of thumb and index finger such that they can’t collide.

I think cover was great overall, a bit awkward right hand action didn’t stop you from nailing the song so as long as it sounds good… you know the rest!
