Awesome. Literally breathtaking performance. The song itself is beautiful enough, but your rendition on an acoustic guitar, playing fingerstyle, not only does justice to the original, but adds lots of your individual character. You’ve managed to convey your feelings to the listeners, which, in my opinion, is quite an accomplishment. Thamks so much for sharing.

It’s Chet’s arrangement. I didn’t change too much there. Just a couple of tweaks… He also played it a little different every time.
That was just beautiful, Alexey. What a lovely arrangement by Chet, but also how you played it, was just amzaing - what a touch and feel.
As it’s not only one of my favourite songs, but also my son’s name, it touched me quite a bit, I must admit.

Thankyou for this gift. Your tones are so pure, your intonation spot on, your investment in and ownership of the piece touch my heart. This is exquisite. There were so many moments when I held my breath at the preciousness of the sound.
In so many ways you paint a portrait of this tortured, misunderstood genius of a man.
I’ll come back later today with my headphones on. It may make me swoon. As it is I have tears of joy running down my face.

I learned it from a few YouTube videos. I also tweaked it here and there a little. But you can google the music sheet and tabs - there are a couple of them around.
