So true, Shane. And probably a few more steps between easy songs and sweep picking … sweep picking ??? 
Ahh…so true, thanks for sharing this, it clearly shows how “Easy songs” might not be that easy at all!

I’ve never heard about sweep picking before. Just watched a tutorial and now know, I don’t have to worry about it. For the songs I like to be able to play, I’ll probably never need this technique
