Betty Davis was such an amazing singing. I wish there was more live video. Such an amazing story and musician.

Oh wow. She is raw, she is wild, she is just amazing.

Thank you so much for sharing. Can’t believe that I didn’t know any of her songs before I clicked on your link… So much music to discover, so little time.

I’ll definitely check out more of her music tomorrow.

I was 12 years old. Everybody was doing the twist!

Seeing an instructor from the Arthur Murray Dance Studio reminded me of the old song ā€œArthur Murray Taught Me Dancing in a Hurry.ā€ :joy:

I know that the style of the music I’m about to link isn’t particularly popular here  but I personally must say I was literally mesmerised by this performance by Imogen Heap. The composition of the band is equally impressive: Jeff Beck, Tal Wilkenfeld, Jason Rebello and Vinnie Colaiuta, a ā€˜dream team’ ;).

I was just about to post this.

Yesterday Halestrom released their new record and while I haven’t got time to listen to it, I’m sure it’s as amazing as always. The new single is awesome.

Just finished listening to the whole record and it’s absolutely incredible!

Sometimes a cover is so much better than the original…

And sometimes a glorious song shines just a brightly, when played differently…

Been listening to this old Italian hit from the 80’s almost all day.

Here’s a rock song I discovered yesterday:

Another simply wonderful song. Just voice and guitar. The brilliant Austin Hartley Leonard.
