sounded great!! Keep it going!
Nice job on this. Beautiful singing too.
Thanks for sharing this
Very nice, Rebecca! Enjoyed the vocals & the smile of joy (relief?) at the end!
I thought your timing was pretty good, now just time to expand the strumming a bit!
Good Job!

Useful bump as I’d missed this first time around. Nice job Rebecca and belated congrats on Grade 1 completion! Hope you’re having fun with G2
Good work. I’m early stage learner myself and i always run through songs just playing chords without trying to learn strumming patterns or inserting my own struming pattern if there isn’t one. Just gets memory of chord progressions in my head. I also LOVE this song and can’t stop singing along with it whenever i hear it. It just cheers me up.
Hi Rebecca,
Nice job.
You write you haven’t mastered the fancier pattern - that will come. The key is you’re nailing the timing.
Really good job on the vocal - not the easiest song to sing; though I do a great tortured cat version.
Digger
I wanna hear it!
And thanks, At least I can sing this one without my voice cracking all over, the CCR songs are much harder for me to sing because they’re set up for guys. I still can’t figure out how a guy can sing falsetto and sound good and I can’t! lol
Belated congratulations on graduating Grade 1 Rebecca
That was some amazing singing and steady rhythm! I love that song, and look forward to practicing it in the upcoming lessons (although I won’t be attempting to sing it just yet, if ever ).
I’d highly recommend you try that. I re-recorded some Grade 1 songs I played just a few weeks later after practicing them some more and was pleasantly surprised by how much improvement I had made. It gave me a great motivational boost to keep on going, especially with the daily practice that doesn’t seem to do much on a daily basis, but just looking back on a few weeks of it made a huge difference!
Keep on playing and singing those melodies
Sounding great!
