I was wondering what does it mean by 30 chord changes in a minute. Like good one between the chords then actually playing the chord or does it mean just your quick changes without actually strumming?

H Landen and welcome
My answer would be to get a strum in or how do you know if you’re even close to it sounding right? In grade 1 they don’t have to be 100% perfect but should at least be similar to the chord

Assuming you have read the lesson text
Example
Strum the A chord change to D chord and strum.
That counts as one.
Change back to A and strum that counts as 2.
These do not have to be perfect but should not be sloppy.

Hi @gingerboy24, I just answered to your other question, which I think is the same. Follow the course on Justin’s website. There he explains how to do each exercise to get the most out of it.
