Confused as to which is the correct set of lessons as there appears to be two, which, although similar, are not the same? Not looking to start Grade 4 yet but which would I follows?

This one is the most recent Grade 4
Intermediate foundation 1 and 2 were the modules in the previous course (before the remake of the beginner course).
