Why does right click "open in new tab" not work for lessons and songs?

So firstly, I would like to repeat what I once said somewhere on the site in some discussion onceā€¦
For me, here in Justinland, itā€™s like in a wonderland! One more thank you to Justin and everyone involved!

The following ā€œproblemā€ ocurred to me quite often when using the search function ā€œloupeā€ on top, but is also there in the songsā€™ search.

When I am using the search at the site to search for content, eg. lessons, the results are shown in a list, but I canā€™t open them in a new tab, like I do on most places on the web and which allows me efficient search for the content I am looking for.

Here, the right click menu is crippled. (probably for some reason?).
When I search for ā€œVibratoā€ (someone just stated I should use Vibrato in my Soloing  ), there is a list with 6 lessons + ā€œshow moreā€.

I find it tons easier to open the pages I think are most relevant to me in new tabs via right click and have that list of items ready than going to some lesson, check it out, get back to the search to find the next search result and so on.

Is there a good reason to deactivate this function?
Or could it possibly be easily activated by the web developing person?

All the best to you all, Dominique

PS. Maybe I should have tagged @FannyJustinGuitar ?
Fanny, you probably know best about these things or who the web developer is. I have recently seen the info somewhere on the site, but couldnā€™t find it now!

Hey @domi7 ā€“ Our team is currently working on the site search! Itā€™s a big project, but we know there are better ways to make finding the pages students need more intuitive.

We appreciate your patience as we develop this. Your feedback has been noted, and hopefully, we can sort something out that will improve your overall experience.

Cheers,
Fanny

Thanks a lot, Fanny!
Probably you had seen that there were more people asking for a ā€œright clickā€ - ā€œopen in new tabā€ feature before, but they were refering to the songs page only.
Of course it would be nice if it worked generally, but on the songs page, you could at least save a song to your favourites for later review.

All the best, Dominique
