I have wobbly tuner stalks, and the ferrals keep falling out. Shall i just buy a new set? And if so can i have some recommendations what and where to buy please.

very wobbly tuners make for some strange tuning instability. I had some loose tuners and had instability until I tightened them up. Some wobble is probably ok because it will get solid when you tighten the string.
I like the Rat:o tuners because they have different turn ratios to account for string diameter.
I think your bigger challenge here is to make sure the new one you buy will fit. Look at the screw position on the back of the headstock and see if you can find a tuner that will fit the same hole unless you are happy to drill a new one (i don’t like that myself due to esthetics). It also looks like the tuner placement is kind of close, so make sure a new selection will fit without interfering with the next tuner over.
It’s not a 59 Gibson, so long as the tuners fit the holes through the head you can always fill the screw holes and redrill new ones
