Well done and produced, all around on this one. Though for me the video āflashingā was too much. I had to look away as it kind of bothered me. That took nothing away from the audio performance(s) though.
Speaking of such, not sure how you became so blessed in a large family to have this at your disposal"
Chris Goldring Guitar & violin
Lars Larsen Lead Guitar
Niels Larsen Piano
Hans Larsen Drums
Tor Larsen Bass & Sax
Brian Larsen Vocals, Mix & Production
Gosh, with the above cast you have nearly every instrument covered! I think the only things lacking are perhaps a harmonica and banjo. Though it would not surprise me if one of the above can play those as well?
Now then, you are fast approaching a decision point. You may have to consider demoing the Inn and putting up a performing Arts Hall to where you folks could play at and in front a throng of followersā¦
@oldhead49
Thank you, Dave
I vaguely recall some mention of āspooky postsā, but this was pure serendipity. Happy to have that reputation though!
Much appreciate the compliments and support.
Cheers Pam,
Although the music was a bit of a nightmare to sort out, I did enjoy editing the videos I stole from YouTube.
Heād kill me for saying so, but thereās a slight resemblance between Cousin Lars and one of the guitar players
Yes, Tor has come on mightily with his sax playing. Heās much more musical than I am.
Iāll miss him when he goes off to college next year.
@JackPK
Thank you so much for the listen and comment
@Lisa_S
Haha, youāve listened to too many of my projects if you know the names of the usual suspects
I had to correct the blurb above as well as YT, but thank goodness I had him on the credits at the end of the video. You canāt change that without taking down and replacing the whole thing
Hey @LBro ,
Yes, my daughter said she couldnāt watch the flashing lights either. I sāpose this is what weād call a āMarmiteā video over here- you love it or hate it; not much middle groundā¦
I blame the Pope and Roman Catholic teachings on contraception
Itās funny, Chris sometimes mentions we should get āthe bandā together one of these days. It would be my worst nightmare. I play by myself, hand out tasks for others to do, and put all the pieces of the jigsaw together in peace and quiet on my PC.
Iād love to be able to play well in a band situation, but Iām not there (ā¦ yet).
Iāll send you an invite if we ever perform in public
