Who knew there are 5hr horse walking ASMR videos on Youtube? Crazy. LOL
Nice! Super simple song, hard to flub it up too much. ![]()

Thank you Rogier @roger_holland for your kind words. Compliments of the season to you.
Great playing Roger
@Boris1565 - hey Boris - I was checking out the songs to see if there was one I could do that no one else has done, and low and behold came across this masterpieceš Great original arrangement and a one man band - rhythm, lead and now singing. And as for your singing, honestly, it is a great first step and was definitely listenable to. You have a great accent (in English) which is really unique and interesting and you already have the singing rhythm and phrasing working great. Looking forward to hearing you sing (and play) a lot more in the future.
@C_McG
Excellent performance Colin - unfortunately (age wise) I remember this era of music in the UK & Ireland from back in my early teens! Love your punked up version, which is exactly what happened to music back then when punk arrived a year or 2 laterā:guitar:![]()

@Boris1565 jingle bells punk is really cool
congrats also on your first singing attempt, vocals and singing went along really nicely.
@simon_plays_bass wow a bass guitar accompainement videoā¦and so really well played! Thank you Simon!
@JohnnyW congratulations on your first AVOYP John, thatās a big step and Iām very happy this thread inspired you to record yourself and join our Community Festive Party! I wouldnāt call your strumming āboringā, it is basic, youāre keeping good timing and accompanying nicely your vocalsā¦you sing very well by the way! More strums you will add or remove as you get more confidentā¦just keep going playing, singing and enjoying your guitar timeā¦that will do!
Thank you so much Silvia @Silvia80 for your encouragement.
Great advice.
Compliments of the season to you.
This was a great cover. Thanks for sharing your video with us!
Clint @CT that gentle sound of strumming with the horses and singingā¦it all sounded just perfect!
@Traveler lovely rendition of a great classic Travis, your deep voice makes it really special!
That was really festive Withold @witkatz and very well played too!
@C_McG those antlers would work as a musical instrument that you play withā¦your head! I didnāt know the song and I much enjoyed the rock vibes!
Well I thought I should post my Festive musical offering. I decided in between trying to keep up with BLIM practice and finish BLIM3 that I would learn this, especially as it might help my rhythm and keeping time.
Merry Christmas and Seasons Greetings to you all.
