Bug Report: “Strumming Dynamics” Practice Routine Not Saving + Video Access Issue

I attempted to report this in Report a Bug, but I was unable to access New Topic in that category.

In the Strumming course, Dynamics: Suggested Practice, there’s an icon “Practice” that is supposed to transfer the strumming practice schedule to the Practice Routines. Although after clicking “Practice” it says that the strumming practice has been transferred to Routines, it’s not in Routines. Also, I have lost the ability to access the individual video lessons in Dynamics: Suggested Practice lesson. I was originally in Edge, so I cleared all browsing data and restarted by computer, but that didn’t help. I then tried using Chrome, but the same thing happened. I am using a computer with Windows 11. Can you help?

Hi Bill,
regarding the access to the video: have you made sure you were loged in to your account? Sometimes, I’m getting logged out by my browser and I only notice once I try to access paid course material. :sweat_smile:

Yes, I was logged in. Tried again on both Edge and Chrome and no luck.

you are posting in the APP category. (for your mobile phone or tablet)
There is a “strumming foundations” course and I assumed (way too quickly) that was were the issue was.

If this is about the WEBSITE, which the part about the browser should have spelled out for me, it’s a different thing and you can ignore what I said. That was the bug report flow for when things go wrong in the app!

You tried switching browsers already so that was a good reflex but it didn’t work for you.
If cache isn’t the issue, there might be something wrong with the data on account level.

under “bug”,

  • you can register your bug and provide screenshots.
  • mention the browser and thier versions,
  • mention your operating system (win11)
  • the EXACT steaps of what you are trying to do on which page (copy paste the link if possible)

when you done that, let me konw again here and I’ll personally poke Fanny to have it checked :wink:
