This is a good song to consolidate and become comfortable with the addition of singing. The chords and overall progression and rhythm are ones you should be comfortable with and it is a question of having the guitar part on auto-pilot as you concentrate on your singing, pitching and vocal phrasing.
Overall I think you can be satisfied with your performance here.
The main critique I would offer is that your fluctuate in tempo, especially in the first verse - which you acknowledge as being weaker. There is a bit too much speeding up and slowing down as you negotiate your way through the lyrics. To help with that try playing along with the original song, with a drum beat or with a metronome. And make sure to stay on the beat.
In the context of a solo performance, you have more freedom to vary the tempo a little so it isn’t a massive issue if that is all you plan on doing. If you intend playing with others you definitely want a more solid, consistent time feel.
