Myles Goodwyn, Lead singer, guitarist, and songwriter for April Wine, died today. I don’t think they had a lot of success outside Canada, but they certainly got a lot of airplay in Canada. I loved their music growing up. Quite a few favorites, but I’d have to say Tonite is a Wonderful Time to Fall in Love is my favorite. RIP Myles.

April Wine was the sound track of my teens Rip Myles

We do a good funeral in Ireland to be fair. They say the only difference between an Irish funeral and a wedding is there is one less guest (well living guest) at the funeral.

My 2 sisters saw Glen Hansard recently and said he was brilliant , so sounds like you are in for a treat.
