Is there a guide to using the Community?

Hi Im new & also new with all the techy side ie the “community” Theres so much information & im finding it hard to navigate plus understanding all the jargon etc. I find it overwhelming. Theres a “bell” sign with the words “Tracking” & “watching” I dont know what all this stuff means. Is there a beginners guide on how to use the Community part of the website. Many thanks

I just tend to use the ‘latest’ filter option from the main screen.

The following and watching just happen automatically based on how you interact with the post I think, you can change the behaviour in your account settings.
