I dabble in drawing, nothing to your level, but maybe I’ll have a crack at an ‘artistic recreation’. To see it in the wild would be one small step for man, and one giant leap for all emu-kind!

I realised that module 11 is at least 6 months worth of practice if not more …
you have to : Learn the sus chords / Discover fingerstyle then practice happy birthday / and then to pass module 12 , it is asked to learn a full song fingerstyle 
It escalated quickly !!!
Its maybe a bit too much in one module dont you think ?
I thought there’d be exercices between discovering fingerstyle and learning a full song , I was naive

Are you enjoying fingerstyle? I’m loving the one I’m learning, but I can’t imagine getting good enough to try and increase the tempo any time soon.
I’ll probably be on module nine for a few months at least, you know I was in the beginner grade one for many months longer than I probably should have been. I’m always in awe of how much different stuff you’re practicing and how quickly you move up to the more difficult version of it. You’ll be touring in a few years!

Yes indeed ! and as you say its going to take weeks / months to increase the speed
I cheated a bit on grade one , I already knew half of it so it only took me 4 months to do it
We all have our own pace , we’re all different
Am I really moving that fast ? I dont know …
I practice a lot , everyday , so I dont feel like it … maybe you re right
I practice a lot of different things but only for a short time each … never more than 10 mins or 15 at most
Thats how I dont get bored and it helps improving many things at once
i ll be touring in my bedroom
Went to my guitar teacher lesson this morning
Half an hour is really too short after 3 weeks without lessons … too many things to talk about and show
maybe I should record more videos
He will send me exercices for fingerstyle , more exercices to add to my practice routine
that will help/teach me to place my hand correctly

Marvelously consistent strumming throughout all the pieces. You’re playing better than you give yourself credit for. Allow yourself the occasional smile: you may be able not to look at the fretboard as often as you do: you seem comfortable with the chord shaps and changes. Really well played!

Your chord transitions look really smooth, like your fingers just go where they’re supposed to without getting stuck or having to think about it.
I really liked that chord in Karma Police that looked like a C/G shifted up a string and up a fret. I tried to figure it out on chord finder looking at your fingers and listening, is it a Db? I’m also surprised that the chord progression for Everybody Hurts is so simple - it’s so nice on the ears, but I’ve never noticed how common a chord progression it is. I guess you don’t notice with all the other instrumentation thrown in.
(Also, you have a really pretty guitar. I love that chocolatey-brown wood finish. Apologies if I’ve said that before, I’m sure I’ve seen it before but I don’t remember saying anything lol.)

Oh dont believe this ! As soon as I start looking elsewhere , my fingers seem to have a life of their own
I often find my fingers on fret 2 when playing a G if I dont look

I use the chord trainer everyday , it really helps
the one minute changes everyday would have the same effect
I discovered also that using just the tip of the fingers is enough , just lightly , they dont get stuck
but as I said before , if i dont look , they dont go where I want them to
