Did you hit your leg or did it just happen on its own?

I googled it and it’s super common!? Blood vessels have no business just deciding they’re gonna block themselves up while you go about your life, honestly…

I hope it dissolves quickly.

its just a bad genetic trait I inherited … poor blood circulation in the legs
I spent 15 years sitting on a chair behind my computer , it did not help
I dont move much when I practice too

This morning I went to my guitar lesson with my teacher

Still working on Wonderful tonight by Clapton

Last time we worked on the main riff with bends , today we worked on the chords
at first I wanted to play a simple version with open chords but he told me to try the original fancy chords and see if I can do it

We worked an hour on the first verse + riff and it was ok
so at first I ll work on learning how to change theses new chords and commit them to memory so that my fingers will do it on their own

thats my goal for the next 2 weeks , and try to add after a bit of rythm

This song is my goal for the year ^^

Concerning transcribing , my teacher told me to work on 5 years by David Bowie
so I will add it to my practice

Next lesson is in 2 weeks
We will work on transcribing and improvising

I went to the dentist today so I just practiced a bit of blues in the evening
my dentist is 70 kms away so its a 4 hours trip in taxi thats why I am a bit tired after

I thought the stain on my dental aligner was some rot
it had a dark stain and I couldn t wash it away
turns out its just a stain from the dental filling on one of my tooth
a huge trip for almost nothing XD

2 hours to go and 2 hours back
I live in the countryside and the taxi do not take the highway
its a long journey :sob:
I have cows and goats living in my street :sweat_smile:

Yesterday I was baking something to test the recipe for Halloween
I followed the recipe , put the dough in the fridge for 2 hours , put the oven on , set the timer , waited for it to cook
I opened the oven when the timer rang and … EMPTY
I forgot to put it in the oven :rofl:
