Thank you very much Socio!
Everybody wants to hear Minnie Mouse a litte louder…believe me-you dont, lol. Just the hint in the background is plenty
You are pretending very well, that was very cool!
You both did great on this! Alykat is very wonderful to work with!! Great song you two!!!
Thanks Bytron!
Half first.
For me first “published” or first seriously finished song. Aly had a few before.
Thank you James, also for all your thoughts! I really appreciate it!
Thanks a lot, Byron! I had checked quite a few of your collabs and liked them too!
Yes, Aly was great!
It was very enjoyable. I liked the vibe, the song and the playing and singing sounded great.
A few notes on the mix, since you asked for feedback. Some have suggested turning the main vocals up, and I kind of agree, but I suggest bringing the main guitar down a bit instead. I think it’s slightly loud in the mix, and bringing it down would also bring the vocals a bit forward, I think.
My first reaction to the vocals, was that there’s too much reverb on it, but further in to the song I did not mind it as much.
… take 2 … … maybe I said something about AI and was quarantined …
Great collaboration and production, Alison and Domi …
Hopefully the start of something more, well done …
Thanks a lot for your compliments and the detailed thoughts on the sound! I’ll listen to it again with your comments in mind. I’m glad to further learn and improve on my abilities!
Now I listened to your “Jolene” rendition! Wonderful! And very expressive singing! (which I definitley would like to improve upon)
Thank you very much!
I’ll very very probably be back with something, it feels like I got addicted to making music.
Thank you Jacob!
I agree with what you are saying about the mix. Someone else gave me that same advice a long time ago…instead of turning such & such up, turn the other stuff down. Good rule of thumb. I used to get into the situation where Id turn track 1 up & the track 2 had to bump up a little & then shoot, track 3 was buried-turn that up…it was a catch 22 situation & all I needed to do was turn something down initially Thank you for that reminder.!
Thank you !!!
