Thanks Phil, I made a couple of tweaks to the microphone settings and it is better. At least we are not getting muted out all of the way. :slightly_smiling_face:

Make sure Zoom Audio setting has Suppress Background Noise to LOW
Show in-meeting option to enable Original Sound Checked and select Original Sound top right of screen when meeting opens/
Hi Fidelity Checked
Echo Cancellation Unchecked

Sounds like Zoom think Gtrs are background and filtering out.

Those are the core Zoom settings

if you go to your avatar in the top right do you see JGC open Mic audience list . At the top of the thread is the link and it looks like you are listed.
