Regarding mistakes, it’s a topic that raised at most OMs. Personally, I don’t believe dwelling on them is desirable. In one song, I forgot the next line, adlibbed something, and carried on.
I disagree.
If I want to hear a flawless piece of music, I’ll press play on my device.
I far prefer to watch a performer walk the tightrope and recover from wobbles and ‘near disasters’ (knowing that the big ‘safety net’ of community support will safely catch anyone who does take a tumble…)
