My dear Hamlet Larsen… It was a bird, since as far as I know, rabbits don’t come with beaks. Things might be different in Merseyside of course 
So, I think what really happened here is: The seagull ate the rabbit and the fox obviously couldn’t resist the temptation of “two for one”
