From the heart --but still in the raw scratch track mode:
Lyrics in the video description.

I appreciate the listen, heart and comment.
Seems like I plop down in my little studio and attempt to get āfinishyā and end up just getting bored. So little time and so many songs that need to get scratched out. There are finished songs a plenty on my YouTube and Soundcloud channels. For new stuff I would point folks to AI versions for finished/different rendering of tracks:
Smile Muscles (AI)
That said, I truly believe in leaving folks wanting more. ![]()
Edit: I wouldnāt rule out recording a ācrisperā version. LOL
Very nice Clint. It put a smile on my face. ![]()
Hi Clint,
Sweet ,kept simple, nice vibes , warm voice

Greetings
Now thatās a sweet one, Clint!
It made me smile as well. Somehow, I can connect it to the little one and me immediately as heās doing all the things you sing about to me quite often. ![]()
Thanks for sharing this little moment of joy! ![]()
I wrote this for my youngest daughter, who is fully grown now, looking back fondly to when she was a child.
Thanks for the kinds words!
Good stuff, my Man! ![]()
This is one of the best reasons for learning the guitar. A personal, original song written about something you care about.
Bravo! ![]()
Even though it was āsimpleā, I liked the āweirdā non-cowboy chords you threw in there ![]()
For me, this is finished and I have no need to see what an algorithm can do with it. (But I will check out your next one
)
I appreciate the comment. Didnāt make your smile muscles hurt though. LOL
What a sweet and lovely tribute to your daughter. Good job!
Super kind comment! Much appreciated.
This is lovely Clint! The bake the ache the dessert and the hurt
sooo niceā¦now Iām so curious about the AI version!
My pleasure! My daughters are fully grown now and the memories are priceless.
Love it! Cheers for sharing!
Thanks @brianlarsen! Hoping this track is well received on her birthday in December.
The weirdness was probably a tempo change along with an unexpected shift to a Dom7th chord. ![]()
Thanks! Glad you liked it. ![]()
Thanks for checking out and commenting on both versions. Really appreciate it. ![]()
Thanks for creating and sharing both versions Clint! Toward AI Iām both old-fashioned/close-minded and much curious at the same time. Youāre giving me the chance to open up my perspective a bit, which I know I should do.
Thanks for the listen and the like!
