Watched this a few times yesterday evening but under the Grimbergen influence so decided to wait a day before posting, in case I was a little too giddy - it was that good ! So spun it up again a couple of times today and can’t get enough. Going from strength to strength.
Slick clever video (sack that director ) really great that you have fused the 3 of you together and synced the playing really well in the video, impressive stuff and no doubt not an easy task.
Good to see you all in a “vanilla” perspective out of the role playing and therefore I’d agree this would make a stonking entry track. I’m sure Jeff still had the urge to dust down the bondage gear but no need this time ! I’d say I’m stoked but this old man still ain’t sure what that means !
So on to the song I guess ? Loved the intro and build up of tension and bang ! Straight into some in yer face hard rock. Great powerful driving riff powering through, high energy performance and a catchy solid motif pushing things along. Loved the musicality, up close and in yer face. Everyone performing on point and so much energy. Walked through the lyric a few times and the content and vibe work together seamlessly.
This little number crops up on one of my running playlist and Speed Control very much reminds me of it. I hope that is a compliment

No bondage gear this time Although he almost ended up with a few extra accessories that unfortunately weren’t going to make it in time for filming. Maybe the next one!

I thoroughly enjoyed this one and I’m quite relieved you also come up with less dark stuff. An overall great production and all layers are delivered on point. There was some great lead work done by Jeff, it quite sticks around in my head for a while after listening. Jenn, your vocal performance was top notch, somehow a little “dirtier” or with a little more grit, maybe. I really liked it and it fits the song perfectly. Dan on the drums was pushing the song forward unforgivingly.
I really loved the video. Toning the effects down, but upping the storytelling and showing you perform as a band was brilliant! But even the sequences in between were adorable and really funny at times. I probably never was more fascinated watching someone eat something.

I think @nzmetal@DDye and I probably would have been perfectly fine having the video be 4 minutes of Dan eating the sandwich I was filming him when he did it and I was having a hard time not laughing out loud The three of us watched the footage together shortly after everyone finished filming and we were all cracking up

That’s amazing! So glad you are enjoying it and getting so much out of it already! The thought occasionally crosses my mind to try BLIM, if for no reason other than to improve my soloing/improv skills, but I’m pretty slammed with my other band stuff at the moment. I don’t think I’d have the time/focus available to really commit to it.

I love all our videos, but this one is definitely up there as one of my favorites. I could probably re-watch it 100 times and still love it just as much as when we first completed it
