Does anybody know what string action Justin has on his acoustic and electric guitar ?

I’ll not ask why you would like to know this from everybody, or indeed from Justin. You would probably pretty much the same answer. There are apparently some univeral truths:
For what it is worth, mine is roughly 2.5 mm on the acoustics for string 6, and 2.0 mm on string 1.
If you make it too little you are likely to end with fret buzz, and if its too much you’ll have some issues with accurate fretting and getting clear tones from your barre chords.

~1.5mm at the 12th fret, both acoustic and electric. As low as I can get without annoying fret buzz when I play.
