Speaking of travel, anybody try a guitalele? The small size, but being able to use guitar chord shapes, seems like a fun idea for trips. Yamaha has one I’ve been considering. It’s a tiny little six-string, tuned in the same intervals as a guitar, but tuned up five semitones to A. Ibanez has a similar instrument, same tuning as the Yamaha guitalele, but call it a piccolo guitar instead.
