Absolutely true, but for many on the forum the song they play are absoluut not ready and they do ask for feedback and for some other things and …oneee…no, we’d better not have this discussion again…I’ll check out here now…

Trond,

I have a giveaway for you

Time of correct way to play Riff

I had of course listened a lot at first, but I couldn’t figure it out and became impatient…so then I stopped and repeated the video a few times at certain points, but noticed that it was played slightly differently a few times …just find out :see_no_evil:, of course it is It’s important to find out these kinds of things yourself, but I wanted to give you this one  those slightly different versions sound good when Justin plays them, but at my level it became a bit less tight with the bass…have fun :sunglasses:

Edit:when I say (guess) how long I have been practicing something, I never mean the listening time, but always the time playing with the guitar in my hand

My quest for a dark and bluesy tone. And play more electrical guitar continues.
(I have started to think this is going to be a pretty long journey  )

This is in drop C tuning and main focus is palm muting without a pick. And that has turned out to be very difficult.
I have this in my LL for now, and plan on putting it in my songbook when im happy with it…
thanks a lot for moral and technical support @roger_holland, i am working on my thumb… but it is easier said than done

Very cool Trond! Have you tried pick & fingers? Might be easier to get the palm muted sound you’re after.

Really happy to see you exploring the goodness of e-guitar, min ven
Your acoustic will always be special, but when it comes to musical hedonism… more is more

Thanks.
Yep, i have tried pick. Quite a bit actually. But i cant get that low «rumbeling» sound out of it. I feel It is just to much attack. I also have this thing that i want to learn alternate with the thumb… i like using pick when i play with distortion and gain. But there is very little music i actually want to play with that sound…
i might be stubborn and thick headed about it… for now i have this feeling that i want to be able to play e guitar with no pick….

Thanks Brian…
i cant be that guy that only plays the obscure mellow dark minor stuff with 3 chords on an acoustic… i need to pull that off on an e-guitar too :rofl::rofl:
