I actually prefer to copy and paste into Word, so I can edit it if I want. Spelling mistakes (canāt ignore them) adding a chord embellishment, etc.
You are right there, editing could be an advantage anyway - I use UG mostly for a quick first sight on a song. When a song comes to my mind, I quickly print it out, see what I can do with it, and when I see, itās worth to take the effort to add it to my schedule, I keep it in my song book and add hand written notes. Only if I keep it for longer and decide to invest more time, Iāll edit it in Word.
So now I will have to change my approach - nothing in this world gets easier these days - sigh !
Yeah, thatās quite the jump! Reminds me of when I was shopping for a new guitar bridgeānoticed prices all over the place, but ended up finding a decent deal online with a promo code. Might be worth checking if Ultimate Guitar offers any discounts or bundles before renewingāsometimes you can catch a break that way!
I think their pricing interface is not really optimal.
My subscription expired and they offered a 75% discount. Fair enough I thought, and clicked it and they wanted to charge 100$. But that would mean it is now 400$ for a yearly subscription. But it wasnāt. I just had to cancel re-subscribe for 24.99 a year. That is ok.
