Yeah in my back garden and in the glass is a large G&T I had just finished changing the strings on my V100GT and rubbing lemon oil on the fret board and generally giving it a good clean Roll on summer !

but I shall resort to re-sharing the Christmas song I wrote with @fourtwo in my first year on the forum and earned me a meeting with my mentor. The content remains as relevant now as it was then, and yes, the dark still makes me smile 
I have written to our local bishop, asking him to put her name in the mitre as a candidate for canonisation in the next lucky dip.

A Brian @brianlarsen often finding a nice opportunity for writing a good and long piece to explore the side paths in my head in order that I end up writing sentences that are just a little too long and often to things that need no explanation
Here I go ,
it starts with a smile and an Aaaa, how sweet, from my Hermine when finished reading and who has just left for workā¦ what she has done for me and us is indescribable (and still is, but fortunately not comparable to my old situation) and if all the people who also said that light a candle for her at the same timeā¦well ,1 catadral in the fire is enough this century

Regarding my turn at the crossroads , I really have to say that I spend 95% of my time here (read here and total guitar playing ) (I do have a lot of time to divide however 
)ā¦ when I sometimes look at those statistics I feel I am somewhat ashamed of the number of posts and I am really trying to reduceā¦ it helps that I open relatively few new topics that create extra fussā¦ but I am very aware of the hustle and bustle for many of the first generation forumā¦ I can scroll through better and better and āsitā on my hands and if I have to read on my phone every now and then if the computer has problems or if I have to share the computer for a whileā¦ writing on a phone or following in detail doesnāt really work for me thanā¦ (ooo about unnecessary information spokenā¦ )
ssssssssstdonāt start reading about those hours here ,I could have learned a profession in that time 
(Fortunately, it also includes many hours of documentaries and music listening time ā¦but still )
Of course I had thought about this ā¦ but what is in the barrel does not sour 
And also the last bit for this
weeks ago when we ordered the tree I thought about itā¦ even before that while driving and walking through a pine forest I said to her, hey, Iāll take a picture of those trees and then you edit them and they all have a āpinkā star at the topā¦we laughed thenā¦unfortunately we couldnāt take a good photo.
ā¦Itās been a while since my belly was full of water (although you wouldnāt say that now ) ā¦ There are more and more memories of periods since my recovery and the first years afterwards, the things we started doing again and so on and photos that go with it that I no longer haveā¦Stupid stupid stupid

Your words mean a lot and everything where you want to post/post is of course perfectā¦I sometimes say something subtly ( yes sometimes )and then hardly anyone picks up on it and some just donāt want it for various reasonsā¦itās all goodā¦no pressure/choice stressā¦thereās already enough of that when weāre looking for our next guitar
and what strikes me is your modesty about your song ā¦it is goodā¦hear the few versions that can be heard here, yours is really a top one to listen toā¦

Thanks for the compliments on my Silent Night. Not really sure about āa top oneā . But still a bit time for polishing and then the song will stay in my ālifetime repertoireā, so will probably get better over the years.
