I need your help! Our dev team tried to reproduce the error but didnā€™t succeed.

Could you try to ā€œinspectā€ your browser so we might find a clue of whatā€™s causing the problem?

Hereā€™s what weā€™d like you to do:

  1. Go to Preferences > Advanced > enable ā€œShow Develop menu in the menu bar.ā€
  2. Go to the song page and open the developer tools console by pressing ā€œCommand+Option+C.ā€
  3. Launch Autoscroll and see if any errors pop up in the console.

Could you send us a screenshot of that test? Big thank you, and sorry for the hassle!

Ok, stupid question. Where do I find Preferences? Iā€™m not particularly computer savvy. On another note, I did an experiment and signed into JustinGuitar on my desktop, and I did not have any problems with the Autoscroll. Perhaps the problem is in my laptop. Iā€™ve had battery problems in the past and some internal parts were damaged.

I did what you recommended and that seemed to clear up the Autoscroll problems with my laptop. I donā€™t know how, but it worked. Thank you so much. Now, does that same technique work to fix bad guitar playing? :laughing:

I am currently experiencing the same issue the OP brought up. While using the TAB for Sweet Virginia the auto scroll stops periodically causing me to have to stop playing and click on the tab to get it to continue. It scrolls for a bit and then stops again.
I am using Edge with Windows 11.
I tried right clicking and going to Inspect. It lists a number of errors but I donā€™t know what to do about them.
This happens on both my desktop and my laptop.

Hi, Autoscroll not working for me either :frowning: - Windows 11, Firefox 118.0.1 Doesnā€™t work in Edge eitherā€¦

FWIW Iā€™m looking at The Stonesā€™ Dead Flowers, but issue seems to be the same on other songs I tried.

Found this thread, so didnā€™t want to start a new one (mods: please feel free to separate it into a new thread if thatā€™s more appropriate).

I use Safari on my MacBook Air (Mac OS Ventura 13.5.2 and Safari 16.6). Autoscrolling just stopped working on Safari for me yesterday. I havenā€™t installed any new updates on either the OS or any new extensions in Safari. Autoscrolling does work however on Chrome which Iā€™d rather not use on MacOS.

Please let me know if thereā€™s anything I can do on my side to get it working on Safari again or if itā€™s something from the site itself.

@ Fanny_JustinGuitar_Team I enabled the console, no errors are showing up when clicking the start/stop button (this issue is occurring for all song pages, not just this specific song):
