Beautiful Ruaridh ! I am sure I heard this in my yoof on the radio back in the 60s, when the Beeb shared some classical folk beauties. I am sure this is one of them but my memory fades. However that was exquisitely played and sung. Really appreciate you bringing these old folks songs to the fore. I would love to explore this “genre” further at some point but am grateful that you keep feeding us these gems !

Thanks @TheMadman_tobyjenner I love how these traditional songs become popular and then disappear into the swamp again for a number of years…. And then it’s fun to drag them out and start it all over….
