Pics from where you live

If I am correct that is not far from Nairn and Forres.

Exactly! Good on you! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I cycled to the bay yesterday evening, stopping at the Marine Barrage roof garden on the way. It was a nice evening and dozens of people were flying kites. I managed to get this nice shot.

Cheers,

I’m sitting at Changi Airport, having just gone through immigration, waiting airside for my flight to the UK.

I booked the lounge so I could relax a bit before my flight. There’s a reason they call Changi the best airport in the world.

Now just chilling with a beer.

Cheers,

Keith

Careful mate, there’s something growing in your beer :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
I’ve been asked to remove my belt and shoes by security, but that is surely taking the mick?

Oh, that is the pre-beer Mojito. Pay no attention to the greenery.

As I said, it’s not considered the best airport in the world for no reason.

It’s also a location that the locals regularly visit because of the facilities. We cycled there for lunch a couple of months ago.

Cheers,

Keith

My little spot where I go and play for the birds in the sky.
The other day a couple came to that spot and wanted me to play for them, so did just that.
Used to be a fjord, but have been drained and a canal rather than a creek, but with a little imagination  :joy:. Lovely place and less than 500 meter from where I live.

We had a bit of snow here still on 28 March still.

Meanwhile it’s 22 degree Celsius here already.

Otherwise we get many tourists in summer. I might go to take some pictures myself at some point in the next weeks, but here is a Iink so that you can get a general idea. Sights - Visit Porvoo

My absolutely favorite place is a meadow at river Porvoo, very close to downtown and the old town. Often, in summer and early autumn, you can meet these guys there:

Isn’t it so that cows like music? Might actually go to play them a song some time :slightly_smiling_face:

It has been a beautiful day today, so I took my Epiphone on an outing in Porvoo.

Here she is sunbathing in a little park that I can see from our balcony.

On we went for a stroll along river Porvoo. Cars are cautioned not to park at this specific location. But the same does not apply to guitars or does it? I mean what could happen …?

The journey continued towards old town. Both the guitar and me needed a break. That’s where the Epiphone decided to rest.

Leisurely we continued strolling along the river …

And on we went up a hill in Porvoo’s downtown, only to be almost stopped by this barricade…

A peaceful spot just outside my garden to sit and enjoy the fresh air of a beautiful spring morning.

What a nice idea to take your guitar for a stroll and making pics, Nicole @JokuMuu . And such a lovely village you’re living in .

Thanks for the great pictures @jokumuu
Porvoo and your Epiphone are both beautiful.

Where is the guitar stand?
