Thanks Toby,…
And Sorry, :joy: :innocent:

Yes, I also thought what a show-off with such a swinging arm that attacks the little uke, :smirk:… but it turned out that she only put the light on her,…

Ssssst Helen,
…don’t tell Andrea I haven’t touched them, they are literally to my left slowly going out of tune…I even forgot the songs I played on the first :grimacing: …too busy with many other songs and especially techniques…
Oooo, I feel bad :see_no_evil:
Greetings…

No reason at all to feel bad! There are so much things to do with this musical project. Sometimes I feel quite overwhelmed of all the given possibilities. I tell you a little secret: there is a very cute ukulele waiting in my music room (my son’s) and I only played it once…was afraid of a new rabbit hole :joy:.
By the way: as I landed in your LL, I relistened in a few of your postings. I really like your way of playing, so precise and a great tone. You are definitely on the right way! In which grade is the “little blues”? Isn’t that part of Grade 4? Did you follow the course step by step, or did you pick out lessons of your interest? Anyway, I like your playing. Hope to see and hear plenty more soon. :sunglasses:

Amai Amai,
You put me to work

I experience that every day, but look at it with a smile and tea…no also a smile

Oooo, you are also expecting and yearning for a little one in your hands …
I guarantee if you get a little further along in your guitar journey you’ll soon see that the ukulele’s rabbit hole isn’t that deep…Ps: there’s another piano behind me that I bought 14 days before someone bought me a guitar came to bring it, and it played so well that I immediately (after 12 days) stopped playing it, luckily my wife practices it now and then and she recently bought books for it… I have a talent for it but wait until I get my I have recording gear such as a DAW and stuff in order and when I understand how it all works I will also continue playing the piano :rabbit2: :hole:

Thanks for the compliment

That’s a mediocre implementation of this (15 minutes of search )

That 6th Trick

I did everything from start to finish … in between the theory course and almost all other things like playground and stuff ,and Richard’s lessons have also kept me busy for a while and I must also look back at some things,… :bulb: TIP: there are certain things when it comes to playing in modes and some other things that it is the best if you ever get to that to and see him right away … !!!..and I just missed some Jazz and funk lessons because that was absolutely physically impossible on several fronts at the time…and it doesn’t need any further explanation that of course I went way too fast against all advice and I am now doing things very neatly :innocent:

 I’m very busy starting something Mari has been chasing me for a while.
Thanks ,And I saw and learned a few things again today :sunglasses:

Hi Jeff, @nzmetal
I still have to update things a bit … someday … I never add some material i did later…bad LL , luckily I have made very few topics and it is now easy to find again
Thank you… :sunglasses:

Hi Mari, @Mari63
Ai I’m busted and exposed

I’m working very hard on a short piece that I once saw almost a year ago but contained something that (still difficult) was impossible for me at the time…Bm7 off/on /off ( EDIT:…not hamering (well making a D chord and strum it) Not not sure if i’m clear and actually if it’s correct :see_no_evil:) …, but I can’t find the lesson anymore so that makes it a bit more challenging (so no Justin lesson)…

Greetings…

Hi ,
Who finally fired the maintenance man here, it’s about time … it’s just a pity that no application has been sent out for a new one :grimacing:, well then I’ll do some extra work here this week with old recordings and post the last ones here. With as little chatter as possible (ha ha yes I read that last sentence now too :upside_down_face:)

That Blues topic is lined up with my other good intentions, and as you know the road to hell is paved with good intentions

First:
My first you-tube backing track video!

******* IMPROV -ACOUSTIC ROCK -BACKING TRACK ******

I’m addressing our ferocious friend @tRONd right now,
Do you remember when you laughed so much that I threw awayt the wrong “half” (the good part)of a (long 8min) recording, the less good last 2 minutes I found in a map on my phone where more videos are “disappeared” because this one should in the trash basket with more stuff there…But I’m glad now I didn’t throw it away :sunglasses:

The video starts right after I made a big mistake and wanted to edit it from there… I was having a blast and had my best backing track session ever and then the gate opened an hour earlier than usual and, it was spring and the garden not yet well overgrown and I was shocked who suddenly came in together with my wife (someone else I didn’t really know), I wanted to stop but hoped to pick up the spirit a bit and while they slowly came closer and I tried with all my might not to let them open the 2nd door to my kitchen/playroom… well, I think it’s all clear when you see the video.
Which I think is so good that apparently with all that distraction I still reasonably to listening with some mistakes here and there … cough … and I still keep playing :sunglasses:

With Brian @brianlarsen also in my head just adding,
this is the 2nd time I hear this backing here and it should be clear that this is Take 1 (one) :sunglasses:

May 2023

******* IMPROV -ACOUSTIC ROCK -BACKING TRACK ******

From 1:40 I really try to keep the 2nd door closed

I hope you all see the good here, like us  because it was my wife who insisted on posting it when I came across it again and I get her:smile:

Greetings

Ah Rogier, it’s the same in our house. My eco-wife is forever looking through the rubbish bin with comments like “Why did you throw this out? It’s still fine to use…”
No seriously, that’s a nice bit of improv right there
I was impressed at the amount of time you spent not looking at the fretboard, and thoroughly enjoyed the facial :no_entry: contortions,

Out of curiosity, does the arm on your wheelchair interfere with your fretting hand when you play? I have a wooden arm on my swivel chair and I often think I should get an alternative, but am too lazy…

And thanks :sunglasses:

That you should ask that right now … Yes, that is very in the way … I’ve been waiting since August last year for new mudguards (also to keep the keep the pillow in place, don’t let clothes get too dirty and too fast with holes) instead of armrests … It’s a long and not so nice story what I wanted to say in a new topic when my new guitar chair would arrive last Wednesday … but I sent it away again with that wreck where the backrest-armrests-brakes-and front wheels were not good as speaking the month before … now wait again, in the past I could not sit without armrests, now I have only one on the left, otherwise the cushion (800 euros) will come between the wheels and it will leak again, now the cushion will leak on the right side once every six months :rage: :face_with_symbols_over_mouth: :face_with_symbols_over_mouth: …I could tell more about this and what a lot of money is being wasted by the municipality (wheelchair is the only thing I get) but I asked for two pieces mudguard 400 euros 1 piece… now they come with a chair of about 12000 euros little more or less … the money and time and energy this stuff sucked up is really huge

But after more than a year of waiting, an NGchairD is getting closer and closer and…
Greetings :sunflower:
