Thatās what Iāve been watching as well. We might have to get the band back together.
Do you think Gordon and David are into it. They have a 35 song play list as well. Iām not getting any work done this afternoon. The wife might fire me.
Yeah but if you get sacked, think of all the spare time youād have, Then like me youād still get nothing done, as Aud would still find you work but unpaid !
Enjoyed the concert but now virtually off to Austria and catching up on last weekends MotoGp races. Donāt worry your weekend will start in a few more hours, unless youāre clocking in tomorrow.
Weekend jam session on the cards ?
one on Sunday for sure haven/t hear about tonight yet.
Their covers are always spectacular, playing and video
And that somehow flashed this into my mind ā¦
And then I remembered Al di Meola did similar with another two fabulous players ā¦
Here is a couple of my latest go toās:
First one Y reckon @TheMadman_tobyjenner would definitely like!
Second one, a great all girls band who seriously rock!
Just shared by my daughter who after a month here (first week working from āhomeā covering Radiologist walk out) went back this week to another 110 hr week thatās not stopped (Consultant walk out) and will run into next week with no break.
Looks like a man to watch.
That resonator makes me feel the pangs of GAS. Definitely have to get one someday. Itāll be a while though, thereās a cigar box guitar and a 12 string on the shopping list beforehand, together with new pickups for my partscaster
@TheMadman_tobyjenner Thanks for sharing Oliver Anthony. The resonator sounds so good brings a completely different sound and vibe.
Now, does this stoke your GAS, sending you back to Thomann to pull the trigger on one of the resonators youāve had your eye on.
Also makes me wonder about trying out something similar with mine
I was trying very hard to make sure it didnāt. Think I may have gotten away with it for now.
Just found this on the same YT channel who were promoting Oliver Anthony. Good example of chord embellishments hammers and pull offs and a top song to boot. May have a go to channel for my current mood.
been on a black sabbath/judas priest kick lately, digging into 70ās metal a bit and checking out the origins of the genre
His cover of Scar Tissue on Guitarlele is nuts.
