My friend Danny is back in town. He has a gig lined up in DTLA this week, maybe he needs a second guitar again?

In my guitar course, we are practising Caledonia, and we were given homework to watch the video on YouTube and answer the control question about what colour Dougie MacLean’s shirt is. I’ve watched and listened to it three times and still don’t know what colour it is

Another tasteful offering from Esme Rose. I like what I hear though am not sure if this is pure AI Gen or not. But if it is I’d prefer the “artist” to fess up. A simple #madebyprompts will suffice but the jury is out.

I wasn’t quite sure at the start as the guitar recording sounded a bit tinny. It’s worth staying with it, she sings this with great feeling. It’s an easy one to play, chord grips are C G Am. She has her guitar tuned down half a step so you would put the capo on the first fret in standard tuning to play along with the video.

Myles Kennedy playing Hallelujah live in Paris using Jeff Buckley’s guitar.
He was visibly moved. He’s one of the few people who can sing this version credibly IMO.
